1. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

For WILOKI

Inigo Factory is the sole and exclusive owner of all intellectual property rights relating to all or part of WILOKI, including all its components: drawings, graphic designs, scenarios, tools, software, texts, sounds, music, domain names and interactivity, regardless of medium.

For ADIBOU BY WILOKI

The “Adibou” trademark is owned by Ubisoft Entertainment. Inigo Factory operates this license under a partnership agreement with Ubisoft Entertainment. In accordance with their contractual agreement, Inigo Factory and Ubisoft Entertainment are the sole and exclusive owners of the intellectual property rights relating to ADIBOU BY WILOKI.

For PICHOOP

Inigo Factory is the sole and exclusive owner of all intellectual property rights relating to all or part of PICHOOP, including in particular its worlds, graphics, game mechanics, scenarios, tools, software, texts, sounds, music, domain names and interactivity, regardless of the medium used.

Access to the WILOKI, ADIBOU BY WILOKI and PICHOOP universes does not grant any intellectual property rights to parents or children.

Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication or adaptation of all or part of these elements is strictly prohibited without prior written authorization from Inigo Factory.

Any infringement of the aforementioned rights may result in legal action, in particular for counterfeiting.

The insertion of hyperlinks to all or part of the sites is prohibited without prior written authorization from Inigo Factory.

The trademarks and logos displayed are registered by their respective owners.

2. HOSTING

The website www.wiloki.com is hosted by IONOS 1&1.

3. USE OF PERSONAL DATA

Consent

We collect only the data that is relevant and necessary for the proper functioning of WILOKI, ADIBOU BY WILOKI and PICHOOP. No personal data is ever sold to third parties for commercial purposes.

As part of the operation of the AI assistant, certain technical data (e.g. text or voice transcription) may be temporarily transmitted to an artificial intelligence provider, solely for the purpose of processing the request, without being stored.

By using WILOKI, ADIBOU BY WILOKI or PICHOOP, you accept the privacy policy and consent to the collection of certain data in accordance with the principles described.

Collection of personal data

We apply the principles of data minimization and collect only the data that is strictly necessary for the operation of the website.

We collect the following information:

A nickname freely chosen by the child, as well as their password.
The child’s age range
An email address (generally optional, required for certain features).

Our application includes sections intended for children. The collection of their personal data is carried out with the consent of parents or the child’s legal representative. We request this consent through:

a registration form
a purchase form

As part of the use of the AI-based conversation feature, audio data (voice) may be transmitted solely for text transcription and interaction with the AI assistant or the AI Pet.

No audio recording is stored or reused.

Data resulting from transcription is used solely to provide a response to the user and to improve the tools, and is neither shared with third parties nor used for commercial purposes.

As part of the use of WILOKI, ADIBOU BY WILOKI and PICHOOP, we generate and process learning data, such as the child’s points and various information related to the child’s learning journey (completed skills, skills in progress, correct answer rates, etc.).

Purposes of personal data

We collect only the data that is relevant and necessary for the proper functioning of WILOKI, ADIBOU BY WILOKI and PICHOOP. Learning data is strictly confidential and used exclusively for the operation of WILOKI, ADIBOU BY WILOKI and PICHOOP and for optimizing the child’s learning experience. The email address will be used for troubleshooting purposes in case of loss of username or password and to communicate information related to the work carried out by the child on WILOKI, ADIBOU BY WILOKI and PICHOOP, including the possible sending of a digital certificate. Under no circumstances will it be sold to a third party. At any time, you may request to stop receiving emails from us. This request must be sent to contact@wiloki.com.

4. USE OF THE INTELLIGENT ASSISTANT (AI)

As part of the evolution of its services, WILOKI offers an intelligent assistant integrating artificial intelligence based on models from technical partners (e.g. OpenAI) as well as a voice recognition / transcription solution. When using the voice assistant, the user may:

Record their voice to ask a question or interact.
Voice recordings are transmitted to the AI for analysis and transcription, then deleted immediately after processing.
The transcription is used solely to provide an appropriate response or to improve the service.

4.1 Consent

By activating the voice feature, you agree that your voice may be analyzed for transcription purposes, without any storage of the recording. No audio recording is retained by Inigo Factory beyond the instant processing required.

4.2 Nature of AI responses

The user is informed that:

The AI assistant relies on automated models (including OpenAI) capable of generating responses based on users’ text or voice queries.
Despite all precautions taken, the AI may sometimes provide inaccurate, incomplete, inappropriate or unverified responses.
The user (or their legal representative) must always exercise judgment and, if necessary, verify the information provided by the AI, especially in educational, medical or legal matters.
Inigo Factory and its partners cannot be held liable for statements, recommendations, information or suggestions automatically generated by the AI, particularly if they are erroneous, inappropriate or do not meet the user’s expectations or needs.
