  • The child’s age range and school grade.
  • An email address (generally optional, required for certain features).

Our application includes sections intended for children. The collection of their personal data is carried out with the consent of parents or the child’s legal representative. We request this consent through:

  • a registration form
  • a purchase form

This information remains strictly confidential and is never shared with third parties. As part of the use of PICHOOP, we generate and process learning data, such as the child’s progress, completed missions, achievements, badges, and information related to the child’s game and learning journey.

PURPOSES OF PERSONAL DATA

We collect only the data that is relevant and necessary for the proper functioning of PICHOOP. Learning data is strictly confidential and used exclusively to ensure the proper functioning of PICHOOP and to optimize the child’s gaming and learning experience. The email address is used for troubleshooting purposes in case of lost usernames or passwords and to communicate information related to the child’s activity on PICHOOP. At any time, you may request to stop receiving emails from us by sending a request to contact@wiloki.com. To use PICHOOP, only a freely chosen username and password are required. No other personal information is mandatory. This data is collected solely to ensure the proper functioning of the game. We are fully committed to protecting children’s privacy. We never sell their personal data. Personal data may be shared only for strictly necessary technical operations (such as analytics or fraud prevention), and only with partners who comply with applicable data protection regulations.

PAYMENT METHODS

We do not collect any banking information. Payments are processed via PayPal, Stripe, or partners that meet the required security standards, such as the Android Play Store or Apple App Store. The companies managing these services do not transmit any confidential information to us.

We are committed to providing you with rights of objection, withdrawal and deletion regarding your personal data. The right to object allows users to refuse the use of their personal data for certain purposes mentioned at the time of collection. DATA PROTECTION OFFICER

DATA AND ADVERTISING TRANSPARENCY

PICHOOP displays no advertising. We collect limited technical information — such as installation date or whether the app has been opened — to measure marketing campaign performance and improve user experience. This data does not allow personal identification of the child. Certain third-party services (such as those provided by Google) may process anonymized technical data for essential purposes such as security, fraud prevention, or aggregated performance measurement. No advertising personalization is enabled in our application. As this application is intended for young children, the use of this data must be reviewed and approved by a parent or legal guardian before continuing.
