1. Description

PICHOOP is an application available on compatible web browsers as well as on the App Store (iOS) and the Google Play Store (Android).

It offers a magical and evolving universe in which children explore, play, learn and take part in a large collective adventure.

PICHOOP is intended for children aged 4 to 7. The application is designed to be used under the responsibility of a parent or legal guardian, who alone is authorized to make purchases.

2. Purchases and pricing

2.1 General operation

Unlimited access to the PICHOOP universe operates on the basis of a purchase.

The purchase provides access to all available content as well as to temporary adventures and features added regularly.

The frequency of content additions may vary depending on periods and the editorial choices of Inigo Factory. Temporary adventures are available for a limited time.

Unlimited access is valid only from the child account on which the purchase was made.

2.2 Payment

Prices are indicated directly in the application, on the App Store, on the Google Play Store or via any authorized payment partner.

Transactions are paid for by an adult responsible for the child via the App Store, the Google Play Store or, where applicable, by credit card, PayPal or via the website of our financial partner.

Transactions are secured by our financial partners.

Inigo Factory never has access to users’ banking details.

Purchases made on one device provide access to the application on all devices connected to the same purchaser account, for the entire period during which the service is available.

2.3 Purchase

The purchase provides unlimited access to the Pichoop game for the player account from which the payment is made.

Payment is made directly from the App Store or Google Play Store account, or via the payment platform used at the time of purchase.

Any purchase does not give rise to any partial refund.

3. Access to the service and user account

To use the PICHOOP application, the parent or legal guardian must create or authorize the creation of an account and provide the information necessary for use of the service.

Login credentials are personal and remain the sole responsibility of the parent or legal guardian, who is responsible for keeping them confidential.

Inigo Factory cannot be held liable for any fraudulent or unauthorized use of the account.

4. License of use

Inigo Factory grants the user a non-exclusive, non-assignable and non-transferable license to use the PICHOOP application.

This license is strictly limited to private and family use, as long as the service is available.

Any unauthorized reproduction, distribution or commercial use is strictly prohibited.

5. Rules of use – Exclusion

Inigo Factory reserves the right to suspend or delete access to the PICHOOP application, without prior notice, in the event of inappropriate behavior, abusive use of the service or content contrary to public order or good morals.

Such suspension or exclusion shall not give rise to any refund.

6. Maintenance and availability

The PICHOOP application may be subject to updates, maintenance operations or technical or functional developments that may result in temporary interruptions of the service, without giving rise to any compensation.

7. Liability

Inigo Factory cannot be held liable for malfunctions related to the Internet network, loading delays or service interruptions. Although we strive to provide a reliable service, we do not guarantee uninterrupted use or the total absence of viruses. Inigo Factory cannot be held liable for inappropriate, aggressive or illegal behavior by certain users on or outside the platform.

8. Personal data

As part of the use of PICHOOP, personal data may be collected.

This data is processed in accordance with Law No. 78-17 of January 6, 1978 and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). The parent or legal guardian has the right to access, rectify and object to the personal data concerning them or their child by sending a request to: contact@wiloki.com.

9. Claims – guarantees

The digital services offered benefit from the applicable legal guarantees.

10. Applicable law – disputes

These Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by French law. Any dispute relating to their interpretation or execution shall fall within the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Paris.
